Uh-oh it has been approximately 37 minutes and 12 seconds since I started this blog maddness and I'm already on my second post. Forgive me, I realize this must be breaking some sort of Blogging rule... I will learn with time!
Anyhoo, this weekend I went on a short overnight backpacking trip with some family and friends. As always, it was so nice to get away, and spend time in mother nature.
The hike we went on was up Rogers Canyon in the Superstition Mountains. About four miles into the canyon you come upon Cliff Dwelling that are in phenomenal condition. The gorgeous scenery is well worth the hike, but visiting the ruins was just icing on the cupcake!

We camped right on this pretty little creek. "1-2-3-4 we're the girls from Beverly hills, 5-6-7-8 shopping is our greatest thrill"
My favorite picture of the trip! Burton was wearing an old backpack that once belong to my Dad's dog Fred... about 30 years ago. My dog is so hip with his vintage get up!
Also- shout out to Danny who was unable to come because he had just gotten surgery on his bum knee.
